Please read these Terms and Conditions BEFORE placing your order. 

As with fine quality jewelry products, most of our selections are custom hand crafted to order.  The final designed product may vary slightly from photos.  Some items are enlarged to show detail, please refer to the item description for sizing information, etc.  Pictures are of current stock items and other custom created orders.  We welcome your special design orders!   If you do not see the item you are looking for or thinking of, please contact us and we will be pleased to discuss your ideas.   We do keep a supply of some of our more popular items available for same or next day shipping, please view our Fast Shipping List for a complete list.

We want your shopping experience to be pleasurable and for your protection, our policies are as follows:

If you have any questions about the items you are interested in, please contact us.  We offer quick response to all of your questions and want you to be pleased with your selection.  Our support staff will gladly provide you with answers to your questions.

Payment is due at time of order.  Shipping and handling is calculated at a flat rate based on the total amount of the purchase.  For domestic orders, standard shipping rates are:

up to $75.00 - $ 5.95
$75  -149.99 - $ 7.95
$150-199.99 - $ 9.95
$200-249.99 - $11.95
$250 and up - $13.95   Items are shipped at standard rates unless otherwise specified in product details.

** For orders outside of the United States, please e-mail us with your item selection and we will be pleased to respond with a complimentary international rate quote.

We do NOT offer refunds. Please be certain of your selections. You may return an item UN-OPENED and UN-USED within 10 days of shipment date and receive a credit for the item purchase price less shipping.

Exceptions:

Due to the personal nature of many of our products, we cannot accept for return anything designed or able to be worn on the genital areas.  There are NO exceptions to this policy. 

Custom items are non-returnable.  There are no returns or credits offered for custom items. If you have sizing or suitability questions, contact us prior to purchase and we will gladly provide you with suggestions for your purchase.

Directions for return:

1. E-mail or fax us for a Return Authorization number.  Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.
2. Include a copy of your invoice/packing slip and a reason for return.
3. Provide an item #(s) you would like your credit to go toward. If no item is specified, we will assume you wish to have a store credit.  Your information will be kept on record for future purchases.
4. Properly package, insure and mail product to:

5. Include your Return Authorization (RA#) number on the label.
6. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon receipt of your returned product.

All products are subject to availability.  Should a product become unavailable or if we deem the quality not to our standards, you will be notified and your purchase price will be refunded to you along with calculated shipping amount paid, if any.
