How are the circlets adjusted?
By opening up or tightening the spiral, you can
adjust the circlet for a comfortable fit. Adjust the
circlet so that it fits loosely when the penis is
flaccid and slide it into place. It will be mildly
restrictive when the penis is erect. Circlets can
be worn anywhere along the penis shaft. Adjusting
the diameter will allow it to be worn
behind the head, at the base of the penis,
behind the scrotum or around the testes. If the
circlet is too tight, remove by pushing the ends towards each other.
